Madhya Pradesh: In the time limit meeting, Satna Collector Anurag Verma targeted the Revenue Department this time in the review of CM Helpline. On slow progress in resolving problems and not taking interest in revenue matters, the Collector directed to issue show cause notices to SDM Majhgawan and SDM Rampur Baghelan.
Also said that this information should also be given to the Divisional Commissioner. During this, he also expressed displeasure over not attending complaints. Expressed displeasure over CMHO on receiving the maximum complaints of this category from the Health Department. The Collector, while reviewing the complaints of the Revenue Department, found that complaints of CM Helpline in Majhgawan are pending. Apart from this, there are also pending cases like demarcation, partition. The Collector said that you do not see anything. As many complaints are pending from your side alone, as many are from other sections combined. Similarly, he expressed displeasure over pending cases of Rampur. He asked both the officers to issue show cause notices. He instructed to issue notices to CMO Kothi and Tehsildar Majhgawan when three cases of Public Service Guarantee were found to be out of time.
Displeasure over minus marking
The collector said that minus marking is done on not-attended complaints (such complaints which go to the next label without being seen). Even after being told repeatedly, cases are coming. He instructed the officers to deposit the fine amount as per rules on 23 complaints found not-attended. He said, my objective is not to get the amount deposited but that when money will be spent from your pocket, then you people will be serious on this matter. Last month, CMHO had the highest number of not-attended complaints. In this review too, CMHO had the highest number of complaints. On this, the collector said that you do not see the complaints yourself. You rely on the operator. Told the PHE and Electricity Department that you pat your back on grade improvement but do not see that so many complaints are pending. Improve this.
Issue RRC and do attachment
The collector expressed dissatisfaction over non-deposit of dues of committees of procurement centers. Said that in all these cases, get RRC issued and take action for attachment. Told the Tehsildars to issue RRC from Brisk portal and get the recovery done. With this, you people will also get one percent benefit from the recovery amount. Instructed the officers to work with Sati in paddy procurement.
Keep an eye on double lock center
In the review of fertilizer, the collector said that many racks of NPK and DAP are being planned for Satna district. All revenue officers should keep an eye on the double lock center of Marfed, so that farmers can get fertilizer in a convenient manner. The progress of Aadhar linking of Khasra was found to be quite unsatisfactory. The collector said, the responsibility of this should be given to the Patwaris.
